Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or relate field.
+ At least 2 years’experience in STA or SQE or PQC or Program/Project Management of new model(Automotive Business is preferred).
+ In Depth of Supplier Technical Assistance Process knowledge and experience in Quality tools and systems (PPAP, APQP, 8D, FTA, 6Sigma, TS16949 etc.)
+ Experience in Quality, manufacturing and/or product development.
+ Good analytical,negotiation, planning, problem solving and presentation skill.
+ Good knowledge of MS office and computer skill.
+ Good English communication skill (TOEIC>550). Japanese is a plus.
+ Driving license is preferred.
Job Description:
+ Represent all STA Site/Resident/Program functions.
+ Lead APQP Supplier Engagement Process for New Model Launch (New Part Development)
+ Drive supplier continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence.
+ Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all supplier concern resolution (Capacity Constraints, Capability Verification, Quality Rejects, 8D ..)
+ Lead timely containment and robust problem solving process for Supplier Quality Related issues.
+ Support Sourcing for Quality and leading New Site Development
+ Ensure PPAP compliance to Cooperate Guidelines.
+ Deploy Q-Award requirements and monitor Q-Award attainment status
+ Lead Manufacturing Site Assessment (G-MSA) and developing supplier improvement plans where not meet the requirements.
+ Lead VRT forums and Vehicle Quality Reviews (VQR?s) on Supplier Quality issue.
+ Plan and conduct onsite visits for high impact suppliers
